Over the course of three weeks, Module 1 is ingeniously developed as a combination of practice, theory and philosophy that provides a holistic experience of authentic Yoga. It consists of an invitation to meet yourself on a new level, explore the depths within and contemplate life’s most fundamental questions. You will emerge from a process of rejuvenation and transformation feeling balanced, joyful, open-hearted, allowing grace to flow more easily into your life.

Module 1 is the first stage of the Hridaya Yoga Retreats, a comprehensive system that takes you from the fundamentals of Yoga to advanced esoteric practices. The variety of techniques and perspectives presented will inspire you to find your own path to Truth.

Spiritual weekend retreat

The Puja Method immerses you in a variant of yoga that works on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level, and that through these trainings will make you live a truly transformative and beneficial experience for your professional and personal future.

When the body receives the support of these props (blankets, cushions, blocks, straps, eye bags, walls and chairs) the body, mind and spirit receive the message to let go of the deep tension they carry inside.

Adolescence is filled with social pressures, unpredictable hormones and conflicting messages from family and friends. The media shapes and distorts their sense of self, bombarding them with unrealistic images of ultra-thin women with perfect skin, curves, teeth and hair, all of which makes the new body that is revealing itself, with its acne, braces, and sometimes wide hips, very difficult to accept.

Thai Yoga Massage is a healing art that restores balance to the body. This therapy uses passive yoga to open energy lines in the receiver, activating deep relaxation and improving health.This course is taken within a Yoga Retreat, where the practice of Yoga and Meditation, plus theoretical and philosophical study, becomes the basis of our massage or «meditation in motion!»

Online or In-Person Course in Weekend Modules October and November 2022 in Cali, Colombia!This course is a complete study that gives you the information to live in harmony with yourself and your environment! With daily routines, recipes, detox, Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama (Breathing) practices for your well being, you will also receive information on how to diagnose imbalances in other people and give them a Yoga and Ayurveda plan to help them in their healing process!
